This system has specifically designed for the manufacturing of small medical components.
Tooling can be challenging because of the small enclosure size. Therefore most Micro's ship with custom tooling designed by Kohler Design.

DDR (DIRECT DRIVE ROTARY)
The DDR-01C is our HIGH PERFORMANCE Direct Drive Rotary specially designed for laser welding and cutting applications.The 0 backlash drive system provides high accuracy and torque without the need of mechanical speed reducers (worm gear or belt drive).
